These were originally cheap working class homes (still called “arbeidershuisjes”). Very popular now, even though they are incredibly small inside, even for Dutch stadards
There are a handful of different ones in my neighbourhood that I really like, so I’ve looked up their history. They look incredibly charming, but yes, so very small!
