Mine! Mine! Mine!
We had a surprise return to summer weather today, with blue skies and warm temperatures. When you look out the window and see a seagull hanging out, it starts to feel almost beachy! It looks like the rest of the weekend may be similar. Fijn weekend!

  1. Yes, it’s a pity my partner is currently en route to Australia: it really wasn’t that much different to a Melbourne winter while he was here (okay, maybe it was a little bit warmer in NL, but still grey and rainy). I will just have to enjoy it by myself :S

    • It seems like your partner and my parents picked the wrong time to visit at the beginning and end of the summer. We really did have some warm, sunny weather in July. Suddenly today is looking like it’s still going to be kind of warm, but also stormy; a miserable combination!

    • Heh. I knew it! I really did think about it, but couldn’t remember if weekend was a het word and was honestly too lazy to look it up. I should have gone with my first instinct. Hopefully I’ll remember this one now! Thanks!

    • I guess you missed the really warm weather we had in July. That was hot! Today can’t seem to make up its mind. It’s on the warm side, though and the sun is out at this moment. We’ll see what happens. 🙂

    • The weather forecasts never seem all that accurate anyway. On the plus side, even when it does rain, it tends to be over soon enough and the sun makes sporadic appearances. A little something for everyone. 😉 Hope you’re settling in well!

    • I think it might be an uneasy truce.

I did notice Sheriff keeping an eye on the students Saturday morning. Sadly, he had moved on before I could get to my camera.
